We reach out to all new hires within 24 hours of receiving their information. Going forward, those hires will have access to a member of our team via email, phone or text. All requests will receive an answer within 6 hours, and we respond to most within 1 hour.

Then, we follow up with satisfaction surveys to measure our progress.
